As a Sales and Leasing Associate of Commonwealth Commercial,
Frank provides representation services for Landlords, Tenants, Developers
and Investors. Frank specializes in industrial and office
brokerage.

Experience
Frank joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2005. He works with
various Landlords and Tenants in the central Virginia area. Frank’s
primary objective is to familiarize himself with the needs and wants of
his clients, and then to fulfill those needs.
Prior to Commonwealth Commercial, Frank worked with Hometown
Realty where he specialized in commercial representation of both
Landlords and Tenants. He also spent 10 years in the telecommunications
industry, specializing in sales and management of corporate
accounts.
Frank is a native Virginian, raised in Northern Virginia and has been a
Richmond resident since 1993.
Education
Frank received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Virginia Military
Institute in 1988. Upon graduation, he received a commission as an
Ensign in the United States Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer
aboard ships stationed in Southern California, completing his duty
in 1991.
Accomplishments
Frank is currently a candidate for his CCIM designation (Certified
Commercial Investment Member) and is also pursuing requirements
for his State of Virginia Brokers License. He is a member of the Richmond
Association of Realtors as well as the Virginia Association of
Realtors. Frank enjoys the outdoors, with a focus on fitness. He
serves on both boards of the Mark Wilson 5k for MS and the St. Catherine’s
Saints Sprint 5k.
