Mr. Kelly is responsible for property acquisitions, land entitlements and development for Pope & Land. Mr. Kelly focuses primarily on the acquisition and development of land as well as leasing and sales. Mr. Kelly has been at Pope & Land since 2003 and in such time has developed Charles Schwab’s Peachtree Road location in Buckhead as well as the Central Perimeter location on Peachtree Dunwoody Road & Hammond Drive. Additionally, Mr. Kelly works on land development in North Fulton and Cobb County. Mr. Kelly received a degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta and a Marine Environmental degree from Florida Keys Community College. Mr. Kelly is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).Mr. Kelly has four children and resides in Buckhead.
