Frank V. Martone, Esq. joined Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President for the company. Frank works with the Industrial Team in Fort Myers to facilitate transaction activities and close deals as smoothly as possible.
Since 2022, Frank has been directly involved in over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional investors, private equity groups, developers, and owner-users in some of the region’s most competitive industrial markets.
Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He is a licensed attorney and a member of The Florida Bar. Prior to law school, Frank earned his MBA in Business Administration and his Bachelor’s in Finance from University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut.
