Frank is the founder and operator of L J Hooker Brighton Le Sands together with his wife Sue Hetherington. Since opening the office in 1996, the agency has gone from strength to strength and now manages one of the largest property portfolios in the St George area.
Frank's clients appreciate his straightforward advice, professional business acumen and discreet approach.
