Frank is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over three decades of experience in leasing and business development. He currently serves as Director of Business Development at The Sembler Company, where he leverages his extensive industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and cultivate key partnerships. Prior to this role, Frank spent more than 23 years at Sembler as Regional Director of Leasing, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s leasing strategies and portfolio expansion across various markets.
Before joining Sembler, Frank held the position of Leasing Manager at Paragon and Insignia ESG for over eight years, further establishing his expertise in tenant relations, market analysis, and deal negotiation. Known for his deep understanding of retail real estate and his ability to build lasting relationships, Frank has been a trusted leader throughout his career, consistently delivering value for landlords and tenants alike.
