Frank Newman Commercial Real Estate provides complete commercial real estate services including sales, leasing, development, and consulting in the five state region of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
A partial list of Frank’s current retail clients include Darden Restaurants, Kneaders, Larkburger, The Salvation Army Family Stores, CVS Drug Stores, Great Clips and Excess Space Retail Services. Frank has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate business in Kansas City and the five state region. In the fall of 2005, Frank formed Frank Newman Commercial Real Estate, Inc., where he focuses on sales, leasing and retail tenant representation throughout the Midwest.
Frank is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Lifetime Million Dollar Club member with the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors. Frank graduated with a degree in Economics from Colorado State University.
