Frank Seely is the Co-Founder and Broker of Legends Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s commercial division with a focus on restaurant, retail and hospitality representation. With more than three decades of experience spanning both construction and brokerage, Frank has become a defining force in Austin’s dining and development landscape.
He began his career in commercial construction, contributing to the creation of beloved Austin landmarks such as County Line BBQ, Matt’s El Rancho, Fonda San Miguel, Hula Hut and the former Tower Records on Guadalupe. Transitioning into brokerage, Frank quickly established himself as a trusted advisor and played a pivotal role in launching the 2nd Street District, now one of downtown Austin’s most vibrant destinations.
Over the years, Frank has represented celebrated brands including Eddie V’s, Red Ash, ATX Cocina, Hopdoddy and Tumble 22, as well as upcoming projects such as François Avignon, The Kimberly, J Carver Seafood and Chophouse and Sugarwolf. His reputation extends beyond his client list: the Austin Business Journal once described him as a “bulldog” for his tenacity and relentless advocacy on behalf of clients.
