Frank Sullivan Director of Originations Frank@cronheimmort.com In addition to regular debt placements, Frank Sullivan founded and developed Cronheim's small loan program. Over his tenure at the firm, Frank Sullivan has developed an origination network comprised of real estate professionals, brokers, and property owners nationwide. In addition, he designs and distributes marketing materials and represents the firm at various trade shows, ensuring a consistent pipeline of commercial mortgage originations. Mr. Sullivan has served as Director of Recreation and Parks and also the Director of Public Works for the Township of Piscataway. He was also a Vice President of Structured Finance at Capital Programs Management in New Jersey. Frank holds a BS from Upsala College. He also received his MBA and degree in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University.
