A graduate of Indiana University, Frank founded The Swiss Group, Inc. in 1996. Prior to that, he worked for The Linder Company for seven years as Director of Peripheral Development. He specialized in the marketing of outlots and restaurant representation. Frank is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
