I have been a full time Realtor since 1998. I truely enjoy helping people buy and sell their homes. I have made the Knoxville Association of Realtors Award of Excellence from 2002-2014 (discontinued). I have also received many Realty Executives Awards. I have the following Real Estate Designations and Certifications: AHWD (At Home with Diversity), CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ePro (Internet Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and Master GRI (Master Graduate Realtor Institute). I was the 10th Realtor in the State of Tennessee to earn the Master GRI. Education is important to me! I have lived in East Tennessee my entire life.
