CIG Corp was founded in 2003 as Cal Loan Network. Our goal then, as it continues to be today, was to improve the quality of education, service, and ethics in the Real Estate and mortgage industries. The dearth of formal training and mentoring and the unprecedented numbers of new agents entering the field underscores the need for a fresh perspective.
In January 2004, Cal Loan Network incorporated as CIG Corp, expanded its training and broadened its services to include Real Estate and land development. We also increased our loan offerings to include: construction, commercial, SBA and private money.
CIG Corp is driven by these core principles: education; processes, technology and support; and to fundamentally improve peoples’ lives. Every person who touches our company, from our employees to our customers and partners is treated with mutual respect.
