Fred Arena is the Founder & CEO of Vision Properties. Immediately prior to founding Vision, Fred spent nine years of his career as one of the original senior members of the Goldman Sachs Whitehall operating Company which owned and operated over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate from Boston to Washington. Before joining Goldman, he was a Senior Vice President of asset management and partnership reporting for two of the most prestigious private development companies in the northeast, one of which owned and developed over 30 million square feet of office space. In his career, he has led a team that has acquired, developed, and asset managed over 80 million square feet. In 2006 after initially co-founding his own company, Fred was also sought out by the board of directors for a national REIT to serve as a consultant to help enhance the operations and prepare for sale a national real estate platform with real estate holdings across the Country, which traded for $3.4 Billion. As a result of this assignment he was able to understand and build deep relationships in more markets of which his company is a significant player in.
