Fred has been a full time Realtor in Central Oregon for over 40 years and was owner/broker of Century 21 Gold Country Realty, along with his wife Debbie, from 1980 to 1994. Fred is knowledgeable in all types of real estate transactions, however, he specializes in commercial, industrial, land development, 1031 tax deferred exchanges & farm/ranch sales. Fred is a multi-million dollar producer, Century 21 Centurion award winner, member of the Masters Club and active in the local CID Club and Oregon Hunters Association. Fred was awarded 2012 Realtor of the Year by Central Oregon Builder’s Association and was chosen as the 2015 Realtor of the Year from the 1900+ members of Central Oregon Realtor’s Association.
