Fred Deal is an associate director in Newmark’s Dallas office. During his nearly 40-year career, Mr. Deal has played a fundamental role in the disposition, management, leasing and development of projects including office assets, industrial warehouse buildings, shopping centers, land, resorts and hotels across the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Mr. Deal had spent most of his real estate career at Jackson Cooksey, serving in many capacities for more than 25 years, when Newmark acquired the firm in 2018. He offers a considerable background in the valuation, analysis, sale and financing of commercial investment properties involving high-net-worth individuals, private groups and large corporate clients. With an ability to foresee potential pitfalls in any transaction, Mr. Deal has the skills to facilitate the real estate process in a way that delivers value-added results to the bottom line in a timely manner.
