Fred Northern joined Meagher & Tomlinson Company in April of 1990.
He is the senior retail agent. Fred has over 19 years of retail experience
in retail brokerage retail and development. His efforts have resulted in
hundreds of transactions, ranging from simple tenant representation to
ground up development of retail shopping centers.
Prior to joining Meagher & Tomlinson, Fred was in the general engineering
and building construction industries, from onsite project supervision
to company ownership.
Fred has represented many different clients including many national
tenants. Fred has been an active member in ICSC (International
Council of Shopping Centers) for over ten years
