Frederick Piumelli is the founder and principal of North Crane Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily and mixed-use properties, primarily in Vero Beach, Florida. Through its affiliated companies—North Crane Living and North Crane Builders—Fred oversees a vertically integrated operation that spans acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and property management.
