Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, Freddy attended Texas A&M University and launched his real estate career in 2016 with residential leasing and management in Bryan/College Station. In 2018, he joined Oldham Goodwin Group, where he advanced through roles as Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations before moving into retail services.
With this broad background, Freddy understands not only leasing but also the operational challenges owners, managers, and tenants face. This perspective allows him to deliver strategic, practical solutions that align with his clients' goals.
As an Associate in Retail Services, Freddy specializes in retail leasing. Clients value his blend of expertise and personable approach, knowing they will feel confident and supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, Freddy enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, traveling back to the RGV, and occasionally barbecuing too much food that conveniently doubles as his meal prep for the week.
