Bio
Fred Sutterlin is a broker at Colliers Internation. He began his real estate career as an attorney practicing with a large regional law firm representing clients in a variety of business, real estate and corporate matters. Prior working at Colliers, he formed PRG, serving as the CEO and Founder. Before this, he served as General Counsel and Director of Commercial Real Estate Services with Williamson Commercial Group, Inc. Fred holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, a J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law and an MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School. As the managing principal of PRG, Fred has successfully represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-million dollar investment and commercial real estate assets. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, a member of the National and Kentucky Association of Realtors, a founding principal in Pinnacle Capital Partners and a founder, Angel Capital Group - Charleston.
Fred was also selected as one of Business First Louisville’s Forty under 40 in 2006, and served on Governor Steven L. Beshear’s transition team in 2007. Fred currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Louisville Chapter, and the Kentucky Sports Authority Board of Directors. Fred also serves as a Director of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: FFKT). Fred is a graduate of Leadership Charleston Class of 2015, and serves on the Board of Advisors of Charleston-based Drift Capital.
