FREDY URETA is a Multifamily Investment Specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group, specializing in apartment properties throughout Los Angeles County. With a background in both brokerage and asset management, he brings an owner’s mindset to every transaction focusing on maximizing value through execution, not just pricing.
Prior to brokerage, he oversaw a portfolio of over 1,000 units across Los Angeles, where he was responsible for financial performance, value-add execution, and operational improvements that directly increased NOI. His hands on experience working alongside contractors and managing property performance gives him a deep understanding of how real estate decisions impact an investor’s bottom line.
This operational foundation enables him to advise beyond traditional underwriting analyzing rent potential, expense inefficiencies, and repositioning strategies to uncover real, actionable value. His approach ensures that investment decisions are not only sound on paper, but achievable in practice.
