Fremon serves as Vice President of Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions focusing on retail, office, and land transactions in Texas.
Fremon has 35 years of commercial real estate experience - specializing in retail project leasing, tenant representation, sales, and development. Additionally, he has completed real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas, Mississippi, and New Mexico.
In 2018, he started his own company, TCK Real Estate Advisors, providing commercial real estate brokerage, development, and consulting services. Prior to forming his own company, he spent 19 years at Trademark Property Company in Fort Worth, Texas as Senior Vice President of Development and Asset Management. Prior to his years at Trademark, he worked for Lincoln Property Company for two years, opening their Fort Worth commercial retail real estate brokerage office and serving as Vice President. Before opening the Fort Worth office for Lincoln Property Company, Fremon was the Executive Vice President and head of the Woodmont Realty Associates’ retail commercial real estate brokerage division for over 8 years.
Fremon received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and holds a Texas real estate brokerage license.
