Bio
Gabe is a native New Yorker and has been in the real estate industry for about 4 years. His experience ranges from commercial leasing, investment sales, and acquisitions at major NYC-based operators. He received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Baruch College and a master’s degree in real estate finance from NYU Schack in 2023.
His first job in real estate was an internship while still in college, but it was that opportunity that sparked his interest in real estate, and he has been involved ever since. In his prior positions, he has leased over 75,000 square feet of retail space across NYC and has been involved in the acquisitions and sale of over $100M worth of real property. He serves as an incredible asset to the REAL New York team, both on the residential and commercial side given his vast experience and ability to get deals to the finish line. He has demonstrated a masterful ability to structure favorable terms for all his clients.
When he is not in the office, you can often find him at a music festival or riding his bike around Central Park - two of his most favorite pastimes.
