Gabe Whitman serves as Director of National Office Leasing for Mason Asset Management Inc. and affiliated portfolios operated alongside Namdar Realty Group. In this role, he leads office leasing initiatives across a large national portfolio of office properties and represents landlords in major commercial markets. His responsibilities include leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, property marketing, and portfolio positioning for institutional-quality office assets throughout the United States. He has also been identified as National Director of Office Leasing for the Mason/Namdar Midwest office portfolio, including major assets in Chicago, Cleveland, and Minneapolis.
Whitman has more than twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Prior to joining Mason Asset Management, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in the leasing and representation of more than 2 million square feet of office and retail properties in Downtown Manhattan and Midtown South. Throughout his career he has represented landlords as well as tenants in the technology, media, legal, financial services, and nonprofit sectors. In addition to his responsibilities with Mason Asset Management, Whitman operates through Manhattan.re, a New York-based commercial real estate brokerage platform focused on office leasing and advisory services.
