Gabriel Betesh brings over 25 years of real estate experience and a track record of more than 2,000 completed transactions. He began his career in retail, where he successfully scaled and operated a 25-location chain of clothing stores — an experience that gave him firsthand insight into the operational and strategic needs of retail tenants.
Transitioning into brokerage, Gabriel started as a tenant representative and quickly became a trusted advisor to major national brands. He led rollouts for Dunkin’, Subway, and MetroPCS, and has since represented thousands of retail spaces across the New York metro area.
