Bio
Growing up in Aledo, Gage was a proud Bearcat through middle school before graduating from TCA Willow Park. His early exposure to the world of construction came from his father, who has owned and operated a Fort Worth-based commercial general contracting company since 1996. From job site visits to hands-on learning, Gage developed a practical understanding of construction and commercial property development at a young age. His entrepreneurial streak began in high school, crafting handmade hat bands, and continued after graduation as he launched his own fitness coaching business. He earned his BBA from TCU’s Neeley School of Business, concentrating in business management with a minor in finance—laying a strong foundation for a multifaceted career in real estate.
Before diving into real estate full time, Gage worked for Vintage Oil and Gas, where he honed his skills in title research, mineral acquisition negotiations, and contract closings. He also spent time assisting in residential framing project management for a DFW-based custom home builder, further sharpening his eye for detail and construction logistics. Today, Gage bridges the residential and commercial real estate worlds with a deep understanding of both investment analysis and on-the-ground building knowledge. In addition to his real estate career, he continues to coach and compete as a professional CrossFit athlete, ranked among the top 100 in North America. Known for his grit, adaptability, and people-first mindset, Gage brings a rare mix of energy, discipline, and strategic thinking to every client relationship.
Faith and family remain at the center of Gage’s life. He and his wife, Gracie, enjoy spending time outdoors—especially at the family ranch where they hunt, fish, and unwind. Fitness is both a professional pursuit and a personal outlet, and he’s recently taken up golf as another way to stay active. Gage also enjoys reading, playing chess, and diving into market trends. He’s an active member of Fort Worth Bible Church, where he serves regularly and stays engaged in his community.
