Gail began her commercial real estate career in 1982 progressing to marketing director, and later as a leasing agent, where she met Cliff Fischer. She began working with Cliff in 1985 and together they built Fischer into an honorable and formidable commercial real estate concern. By 1991, Gail was named one of the Top 50 Women Nationally in Commercial Real Estate by Real Estate Forum. Gail Corder Fischer is passionate about family, business and philanthropy, with the determination to ‘make things happen’.

As Executive Vice Chairman of the Board at Fischer, Gail shares responsibility for the overall strategic development of Fischer, its solutions, services and portfolio of Fortune 500 clients.
