Gannon O’Brien serves as Director of Management Services at Hiffman, leveraging 10+ years of experience to drive operational and financial performance for Hiffman’s management portfolio in various markets across the country. Additionally, Gannon is heavily focused on expanding Hiffman’s management services platform across all asset classes nationwide. Before Hiffman, Gannon helped lead Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago property management team and managed Class A office properties for Zeller and MB Real Estate. Gannon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), holds real estate managing broker/broker licenses in Illinois, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina, and serves as a member of BOMA/Chicago's Labor Committee and Chicago Real Estate Network’s Board of Directors.
