Garett Bjorkman is Chief Executive Officer, Partner, and Board Member at PEG, where he leads firm-wide strategy, investment oversight, and asset management. Since joining in 2024, he has been instrumental in institutionalizing PEG’s operations and expanding its investment offerings across institutional and private wealth channels. As Chairman of PEG’s key committees, Garett oversees portfolio management, development, capital markets, investor relations, and finance.
Prior to PEG, Garett was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at CIM Group, where he launched and scaled the firm’s real estate credit platform and helped establish a build-to-core equity and infrastructure strategy. His career spans leadership roles in real estate private equity, with deep expertise in investment strategy, capital markets, and portfolio construction.
