Garrett has a deep understanding of the real estate market, gained through 10 years of experience as a property manager and commercial real estate broker.
Following his education at Oregon State University, where he was a member of the football team, Garett Hall launched his career at Prime Locations, Inc, in Tumwater, WA. In his role as a property manager, he efficiently managed a diverse portfolio of assets, including 75+ apartment doors and numerous office, retail, and industrial properties. Later, he committed himself full-time to real estate brokerage. He has closed over 200 transactions, worth over $100 million, providing his clients with valuable expertise and exceptional services for the past eight years.
