Responsibilities: Sourcing and executing new development pipeline opportunities throughout the Texas markets, including Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio from initial site selection through to stabilization and exit.
Prior Experience:
– Most Recently: Managing Director for JLL Capital Markets focused primarily on land development investment sales and advisory in Central Texas. He led the Central Texas land platform for the JLL Capital Markets team, one of the most active land brokerage teams in the Southwestern U.S, closing on 15 deals valued at a total of more than $280 million in 2021.
– Prior to JLL, he was an Associate Director with HFF in Austin focused primarily on land investment sales throughout the Central Texas corridor
– Prior to HFF, he worked as an Associate at ARA representing land owners and purchasers
– Prior: Associate at CBRE in Houston before joining ARA in Austin
