Garrett Hawkins is an Associate in Atlantic Retail’s Atlanta office, having joined the team in July 2025. His role focuses on tenant and landlord representation, leveraging expertise in financial analysis, market research, and portfolio management to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions for clients.
Before Atlantic Retail, Garrett worked at Cushman & Wakefield, supporting an industrial brokerage team with complex transactions, land development initiatives, and global portfolio oversight. He also previously worked at JLL, where he developed financial models and assisted with leasing strategies for major office properties in the Atlanta market.
Garrett earned his degree from The University of Georgia and holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license. He is also active in community service as a mentor at Atlanta Youth Academy
