Gary has over 30 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate development where he has been responsible for acquisition, budgeting and entitlement of over 1.2 million square feet of single tenant net leased projects across the country. He has held positions within the non-profit sector, university administration, city government, private real estate companies and public REIT’s. Trained as mediator by the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service, Gary brings a “win-win” mindset to all the real estate projects he works on.
