Gary Lee is Managing Director of Residential Services with overall responsibility for the company's national multi-residential platform.
Gary has over 25 years of multi-family and senior housing experience in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions (core and value-add opportunities), development, financing, and property management. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2016, Gary held several senior roles in industry leading residential operators, including Realstar Management and GWL Realty Advisors.
Gary holds an MSc in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a BA in Economics.
