Gary joined Coldwell Banker Commercia SC as its Managing Partner in 1996. Prior experience includes being the Founding Managing Partner of Voit Commercial, and a member of the Executive Board of Daum Commercial. Gary has been involved in thousands of industrial, office, land, and investment transactions. These include very small to multi-million dollar portfolio real estate transactions representing clients ranging from small business owners and investors to large corporate clients and institutional property owners. Gary is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Gary provides expert brokerage services for leasing and sales in all aspects of CRE, and consulting, advisory, and expert witness services.
