I’m Gary Nelson, a Branson, MO real estate agent brokered by eXp Realty and an eXp Realty ICON Agent, helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident moves in the Ozarks.
My wife, Stephanie, and I both grew up in West Plains, Missouri, and we’ve been married since 2009. Today, we call Branson home along with our daughter and our golden retriever, Daisy.
Before real estate, I spent years chasing another passion: golf. I worked my way through the golf industry, eventually managing several facilities and some of the busiest golf courses in the Midwest. That experience taught me a lot about discipline, service, communication, and how to stay steady under pressure, all things that carry directly into the way I serve my real estate clients today.
In 2017, Stephanie and I moved to Branson to focus more intentionally on our own real estate investments. As we learned about the local market, we quickly developed a passion for helping other people do the same, whether they were buying a home, selling a property, searching for a cabin or condo, or evaluating a short-term rental or investment opportunity.
My approach is simple: put my clients’ best interests first, give clear guidance, and make sure they understand their options every step of the way. Branson real estate is unique, especially when you factor in vacation rentals, lake properties, condos, commercial opportunities, and out-of-area buyers.
