Bio
Gary Perel joined ALO Property Group, LLC in June 2015, and brings with him over 15 years of experience in creating value for retail clients and landlords. He has completed over 2 million square feet of retail transactions and has supported numerous national and regional clients, including T-Mobile, Brothers Bar and Grill, Jiffy Lube, Bar Louie, Yats, and many others, in expanding their brands. Gary has also represented some of Indy most prolific developers including Buckingham Companies & Keystone Realty as well as national developers like Campus Advantage, Guggenheim, Kimco Realty Corp., and others.
Prior to joining the ALO Property Group, Gary was Sr. Vice President of the Retail Division at Newmark Knight Frank Halakar. He also previously served as vice president of a local Indianapolis boutique real estate firm where he specialized in tenant representation and development for over eight years.
Gary has spent most of his professional career as a business owner and entrepreneur. He owned and operated a successful music publishing company and record label that produced multiple national acts and developed a successful equity options trading business as a licensed Series 8 Securities Broker.
Throughout his real estate career, Gary has leveraged his entrepreneurial approach and business knowledge to successfully assist local and national companies in securing premier real estate locations. His critical thinking and solution-based approach create positive outcomes and seamless processes for his clients, reflecting his “client first” philosophy
