Bio
Gary Rosecrans is responsible for acquisition, development and leasing activities in the Chicago Office. Prior to joining Ashley Capital, Mr. Rosecrans was responsible for business park development activities for a real estate subsidiary of We Energies, real estate investment activity at an investment banking firm and a real estate broker for a national brokerage firm. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Rosecrans is involved with several community service organizations. He is also an avid cyclist.
