Gary L. Scott has specialized in commercial real estate acquisitions and landlord/tenant law for over 20 years. He has his own legal practice, Gary L. Scott, P.C. His clients include large real estate developers as well as small business owners and not-for-profit organizations. He has been providing assistance to Solender/Hall as a licensed salesman and broker for the past eight years. He provides brokerage assistance during lease and contract negotiations.
He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, American Bar Association and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). He has served as president of the Montego Plaza homeowners association, Co-Chair of the President’s Research Council at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and on the board of directors of the Dallas Children’s Theater.
