Gary has been a licensed commercial realtor for over fifteen years, providing real estate services to investors, property owners and tenants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and joined California Partners, Inc. in 2013. At California Partners, Gary enjoys serving clients with both purchase and leasing needs specializing in retail, restaurants, office, industrial as well as daycare and school searches.
Mr. Wimp previously served in several executive management positions in the retail and hospitality industries, and he developed, owned and operated a highly successful chain of 25 retail stores throughout the State of California. Gary received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver, CO and his Master’s degree in Human Relations from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
