Gavin Menchel is a Vice President with STNL Advisors, a real estate consulting group that specializes in unlocking hidden value related to leasehold and fee-owned real estate assets. Gavin joined STNL Advisors in 2017 and currently assists with acquisitions, lease optimization and new store development.
Since joining STNL, Gavin has managed transactions creating over $1 billion in enterprise value.
Gavin graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance.
