With more than 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client service, Gena Teer brings a seasoned, relationship driven approach to real estate in the Texas Hill Country. Originally from Midland, she made the move to the Hill Country in 1987 and has developed a deep connection to the area, its people, and its lifestyle.
Gena’s career has been defined by a commitment to service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. Her transition into real estate was a natural evolution of that passion, allowing her to combine her experience with her long standing interest in homes, design, staging, and the local market.
A member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, Kerrville Board of REALTORS®, and San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Gena is dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards. She currently serves as a member of the Texas Commission on the Arts Cultural District for Kerrville, Texas, is a part of the planning committee for the Annual Water Street Festival in Kerrville, and has served on the Advisory Board for Main Street Kerrville, reflecting her continued involvement in the community.
