Bio
A native of Atlanta, Gene graduated from St. Pius X and the University of Georgia where he received his
BBA in Consumer Economics. While at UGA Gene completed a 6 month internship with former football
head coach, Ray Goff managing all of his commercial real estate interests throughout the Southeast.
Following his graduation Gene returned to Atlanta and worked for a local full service brokerage firm.
Here Gene gained vast exposure working on deals ranging from office and retail tenant representation
to land assemblages and mixed use developments. With a strong foundation consisting of market
knowledge, experience, and a passion for customer service Gene formed Vantage Realty Partners with
his like minded business partner, Chris Carter.
Gene is primarily a property sales broker (retail, land assemblages, and investments) specializing on
properties inside the perimeter. He is actively involved in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the
Young Council of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, and Christ the King Cathedral. He lives in Buckhead
with his wife, Isabel. Gene's other interests include golf, hiking, fishing, and the outdoors.
