Geoff Bernhard has been gathering experience in real estate and development for much of his life. Throughout his early career Geoff worked in quality control roles monitoring new construction on a multiplicity of diverse projects ensuring all building specifications and codes were being adhered to. Geoff has also performed services in an environmental capacity doing historical research and examining land and properties for environmental impact. This experience culminated in a detailed base of knowledge in due diligence, construction and condition assessments of real property throughout the United States. Currently Geoff is engaged in land development on the commercial, industrial and residential levels.
