Geoff has over 35 years experience dealing with commercial property agency matters (sales, lettings and acquisitions), lease advisory work for landlords and tenants including asset management/rationalisation and valuations for lending purposes, pension schemes etc. Much of the time has been spent in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, but he has also gained extensive experience in the East Midlands and Eastern Region.
