Geoffrey is a Partner at Lee & Associates. He previously served as Senior Vice President at CBRE. He started his career at McBride Enterprises in 1967. Prior to his association with CBRE, Mr. Schubert was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Koll Management Services’ New Jersey operation. Prior to that, Mr. Schubert was President and CEO of Bridgewood Properties, Inc., which was acquired by Koll in October 1995. Bridgewood Properties, Inc. was a full-service real estate company, specializing in real estate brokerage, leasing, property management, construction management, and tenant representation. Koll was purchased in 1997 by CBRE Mr. Schubert was President of Vantage
Companies, New Jersey Division; a national development company based in Dallas and was responsible for the development of five million square feet of property in the New Jersey market from 1983 through 1990. He successfully liquidated a $450 million real estate portfolio of office, industrial, hi-tech, and land, and developed 10 million SF in other U.S. markets.
