Bio
George has a depth of knowledge across the development sector, having started his career at a consultants firm. George gained experience within Planning, Development Management and Investment.
During his time at a property developer he completed his Masters in International Real Estate Investment & Finance, where he notably was awarded the IPF dissertation award. George joined Savills OCM in 2023 in the Multifamily Development team, where he can draw upon his experience within planning, development management, development appraisals and investment to advise developers, institutional investors and private individuals.
Within his current role, George currently provides transactional and consultancy services to developers, vendors and purchasers on the design, funding, acquisition and disposal of Build to Rent schemes within the UK single and multi-family sectors.
George is a sports enthusiast, being a keen boxer and footballer and notably is part of the Savills Football team. When not cooking up a storm in his kitchen, he can often be spotted walking around Epping Forest on his weekends.
