George brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as president and chief executive officer of Heritage Realty Services, LLC or “Heritage” and Heritage Investment Management, LLC. Since founding the boutique commercial real estate firm in 2005, Mr. Constantin has grown the privately held Heritage to include more than $400 million in assets, with properties throughout New York City, Westchester, Connecticut, and Washington, DC. He has been responsible for more than 485,000 square feet in transactions since the company’s inception four years ago.
