George Fabian is a part of the Heritage Sales and Leasing Division. His primary responsibilities are leasing 12 East 52nd Street, 67 Irving Place and sales. He brings with him 25 years of leasing experience along with extensive knowledge in building operations and building management, including budget preparation, legal, tenant and broker relations, marketing and collections. George does tenant representation work and has represented such tenants as Anthony Furman Inc., Dentogenic Studios Inc., Law Office of Andrew and Henry Blumenthal, Law Offices of Scott Schweber, and Nathan Satler DDS among others. George was the Director of Leasing at 250 West 57th Street for Cushman & Wakefield from 2002 until 2011. Prior to that, George was with Helmsley Spear Inc. as General Manager at 250 west 57th Street. Over his career, he has leased over 2 million square feet of office and retail space.
George is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Broker.
