Started in Real Estate sales in Sept. 1986 with home sales. Then I gradually moved to listing and selling land with an emphasis on acre plus lots for end users. I then moved to assemble multiple parcels into subdivision size offerings for builders, taking some thru the rezoning process. I have been selling land and lots for 35 years.
