As Senior Vice President and member of the Corporate Services team in the Downtown Chicago office, George's focus is on corporate solutions, for industrial assets and projects throughout the U.S., primarily in the Midwest and Chicago region. His clientele include a diversified representation of local, national and international corporations.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, George was one of Jones Lang LaSalle's top industrial professionals. As Vice President and part of JLL's Tenant Representation Group, George focused on Corporate Services related assignments including projects for Rockwell, BP, Allegheny, Mead Paper and a disposition project for Caterpillar, which involved 2.7 million square feet on 190 acres and was one of the largest industrial disposition assignments in North America in 2000. The team expertise includes primary client contact, portfolio analysis, strategic planning, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition. During his career, he has participated in industrial property sales and lease transactions totaling more than 18 million square feet.
George's Corporate Services Team has recently completed assignments for Ryerson Tull, Dana Corporation, DelMonte Foods, and as single point of contact, several projects for Hershey Foods, including a site search for a 1,100,000 sf distribution center in the Midwest.
Prior to JLL, George was a Vice President at the Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger Midwest Industrial Properties Group. He began his real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield's Industrial/Technology Group. Before entering into Real Estate, George was a principle and an officer for a manufacturing firm that he assisted in taking public.
