George has been an active commercial real estate broker since 2007, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial, flex, and office properties. He spent a decade working at a large commercial brokerage firm before leaving to help form ROI Commercial. All these years of experience includes a wide array of clients that include fortune 300 companies, government entities, non-profits, and local small businesses. George is a recipient of multiple CoStar power broker awards.
He is a Columbia native and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Growing up in Columbia gives him an extensive list of local contacts and an intimate knowledge and understanding of the local market. Prior to working as a commercial broker, George acquired invaluable experience working for a large commercial construction company assisting with the coordination and implementation of site development and construction of large retail centers, grocery stores, and multi-family developments.

Outside of work, George stays plenty busy spending time with his family on Lake Murray or helping out with his three sons coaching Dixie Youth baseball and Boy Scouts.
